If you’re reading this, we hope you have decided to entrust the management of your investment property with our family team. In order to get started we will require the following from you:
Step 1 –Sign the necessary paperwork
To allow us to manage your property, we will need to prepare the management agreement. We will require:-
- The address of your investment property
- The full name/s (including middle names) the property is registered in
- Your residential, or postal address
- Your bank account details

Step 2 – Give notice to your existing Property Manager
You are required to give notice, usually 30 days is required. This must be done in writing to your current Property Manager.

Step 3 – That’s it we will do everything else for you
We will liaise with your current Property Manager for hassle free hand over of keys and paperwork associated with your property. We will also inform your tenants of the change of management. This will allow for smooth transaction between all parties.
