There are two types of maintenance. General maintenance and Emergency maintenance.
These can best be classified as non-urgent as opposed to Emergency maintenance. Things such as leaking taps, noisy fans, etc In these situations complete a Maintenance Request Form available from our office or go to our website www.bestpropertyrentals.com.au and you will find the form under the Tenant menu. Complete the form and submit to our office as all requests for maintenance must be in writing.
Anything of a safety, security or health concern is would be considered under Emergency Maintenance. If uncertain please contact your property manager. Any emergency maintenance issue should be reported by calling the property manager in the first instance, to be followed up by completing a Maintenance Request Form and submitting it to our office.
